This is the 11th year that we've posted photos of Clarence to motivate our visitors to combat Father Time. The only change this year is the Hookers shown bottom left to combat his tingling hands. Clarence at 86 VISITOR COMMENTS BELOW

FANTASTIC Clarence - you are and always have been someone I admire
who’s advice has served me well - AMAZING
ALL THE BEST
Jeff No Decline Well, you set the bar higher yet again. I see no decline at
all! Unstoppable Clarence:
I really like the picture where you are doing the curls. When most senior citizen motivational jargon speaks about fitness being simple, your facial expression shows a different story. It shows maximum determination while ignoring pain and pushing yourself to greater muscle fatigue. You continue to “wow” the
world with your unstoppable tenancy. Bravo!!!! I am inspired buddy. Keep showing us that nothing can stop us….
not even age.
Victor Fab Abs Best Ever
Hi Clarence,
Saw the recent photos and along with congrats, your results
continue to be amazing and inspirational along with the
training pics. Don't remember the year (1980 or 1981) when
I first saw you in a Weider magazine I'd grabbed at the BX
where I was stationed. I thought holy cow, who is this
guy?
Not too long after that,
I purchased my first copy of Ripped
(which got lost in one of my many moves -- the second is
still on the shelf). While my focus back then was PT and
running, your tips on diet along with intense weight
training were spot on. Of course, your "ripped" photos from
that era were incredible and I still have the legendary "Fab
Abs" on the wall. Still agree, best shot of all time.
Parker 86 into 68 Hi Carol & Clarence,
These photos are indeed a motivation to continue working on the fight against aging. I would suggest that we turn the number 86 into 68.
Robert from Belgium Inspiring The November updates are excellent and the pictures are inspiring. Richard Muscle Memory I just turned 62 and I'm feeling every bit of those years. Your advice on hip surgeries is a good one to follow. Rather than focusing on what I can't do, I am trying to focus instead on what I can still do and then do that until I am able to do more. Slow and steady, doing what you can and knowing that you have muscle memory working in your favor. Daniel Keep It Up I continue to live in amazement of your longevity. Keep it up brother! Mark My Way Still looking strong and phenomenal at 86, and I am doing my best to follow in your shoes in my own way! J. C. Healthy Aging Thanks so much for again publishing these annual photos. Clarence, you remain the very standard to which I aspire. The actual image of healthy aging! Bart December 1, 2023 Comment on this article: FEEDBACK
